Bug Fixes and Balance Adjustments

Fixed an issue where blood effects would still display even when set to "Do Not Display" under Options > Game Settings > Blood Effects.
•
Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions during Arena Quests or Challenge Quests, all Pop-up Camps could be reset and marked as undiscovered.
•
Fixed an issue where speaking to Ichiran while offline could prevent players from receiving the ICHIRAN Order Form.
Note: For save data affected by this issue, 10 ICHIRAN Order Forms will be delivered to the Item Box.

Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, the message "Cannot hold any more." would appear for Mutated Armaments in the Meld Relics option of the Melding Pot.

Hunters, we identified and resolved an issue affecting Monster Hunter Wilds on all platforms where communication error EW_30d41 occurred when returning to the title screen.
