What officially changed
THE ROOTS UPDATEAT LONG LAST, our second Biome update has arrived! Full patch notes can be found at the end of this post. Delve into the ROOTS: a shrouded redwood forest infested by mushrooms and creepy-crawlies alike. This Biome replaces the TROPICS, and will be present in every run until November 17 - after which, future maps will rotate randomly between TROPICS and ROOTS. Survive the harsh winds that threaten to knock you off the cliffside. Sample a new variety of mysterious edible mushrooms.

COOKING OVERHAUL Since the launch of PEAK, cooking has been a pretty weird mechanic. In our quest to make it so everything can be cooked, we didn't stop to think if everything should. So we've made the following
changes
