What officially changed
It is I, Mod Dutch, come to you with a message about the future of Dragonwilds. 0 release on September 15th is not the end of Dragonwilds. Ever since it became clear that there was high enthusiasm for a survival game set in the RuneScape franchise, we’ve been diligently planning (oftentimes cackling with glee) what comes next. At Jagex we look at our RuneScape titles as ongoing projects, always. They are never done, because they continuously evolve.
That has been the way for twenty-five years of adventuring on Gielinor. Changes, fixes, overhauls, new content, amazing new sagas, new raids, new bosses, new quest areas – it’s a continuous flow of updates, informed by the players’ opinions and feedback. Given that we’re always adapting our plans and figuring out the best way to get great content into the hands of our fans and potential new players, we see development of Dragonwilds as a long voyage with many epic stages, many cycles, and many sagas.
